I’m guessing that now you have these fun new graphics, you want to know what you can do with them, and what you can’t do with them. Ok...here we go...

Personal Use: Go ahead and use them however you want! Have fun!

Commercial Use: this is where things get a little tricky. ;) You can use these graphics in scrap-for-hire projects, etsy avatars and banners, ebay templates, website designs, blog designs, jewelry making, cards, tags....whatever you want. There are only a few limitations.....

You can’t resell or share the graphics on their own or in a collection. Period. If you have a friend that wants to use the graphics, please refer them to my store.
You can’t post the graphics as they are on your website or blog.
You can’t mass produce or manufacture large quantities of items with these graphics.
You can’t claim copyright of the graphics individually or in a collection.

Commercial Use in a Website/Blog Design or eBay Auction Template: If the graphics are used in a website/blog design or an ebay template design, there are a couple of extra things you need to do.

You need to have a credit line on every page of the website/blog or at the bottom of the template that says something like “Graphical elements by Avalon Rose Design”.
You will need to hyperlink the words “Avalon Rose Design” to http://www.theavalonrose.com.
You can use the graphics in as many designs as you wish, however, each design cannot be sold more than 5 times.
