Terms of Use

Many of the graphics available from Avalon Rose Design are available for commercial use. If commercial use is allowed, it will be noted in the item listing. Be aware that not all the graphics are available for commercial use. Terms of use may change at any time.
 
Most graphics available for purchase from Avalon Rose Design are copyrighted by Avalon Rose Design due to changes made to the original graphics. You are purchasing the right to use the graphics for your own projects. Under no circumstances are you allowed to share, duplicate, or redistribute the graphics. In layman's terms, you may not share the graphics with another individual or business. You may not duplicate the graphics and claim them as your own. You may not resell the graphics in any manner individually or as a group without permission from Avalon Rose Design. We ask only that in the finished product a link back to our site be added to your project if the graphic is used in a commercial or editorial setting.

You MAY use the graphics in the following circumstances.

1. In your personal or commercial website pages provided you include a link back to Avalon Rose Design somewhere on the site.
2. In your personal blog design provided you include a link back to Avalon Rose Design on your blog.
3. Use them in your own projects and artwork including websites and auction templates that are available for resale provided you include a link back to Avalon Rose Design somewhere on the site or project!

You MAY NOT use the graphics in the following circumstances.

1. In your personal or commercial website pages without a link back to Avalon Rose Design on the website that the graphics appear in.
2. In your personal blog design without a link back to Avalon Rose Design on the blog that the graphics appear on.
3. Claim the graphics as your own
4. Resell the graphics individually or as a group.
5. Use them in websites or ebay templates and pages, and offer them for resale without a link back to Avalon Rose Design somewhere on the page or site that the graphics appear on.
